Welcome to The Grove's Wedding & Events FAQ. Here, you'll find detailed answers to help you plan every aspect of your special day—from venue details and booking procedures to catering options and decor ideas. We’re dedicated to making your celebration as seamless and unforgettable as possible. Dive in and discover the information you need to bring your dream event to life.

What are my options for food?

We have in-house catering services. Our menu can be found through our weddings and events page.  

Aside from cake and desserts, you are NOT permitted to bring in outside food for your event.

China, flatware and glassware will be provided through The Grove. Please note that catering, bar service, and alcohol is not included in your rental package.

What time can we arrive to use the space?

Our basic wedding package allows arrival from 10 am on your wedding day, while upgraded packages offer a 9 am arrival (subject to availability). For other events, please arrive 2 hours before your start time—refer to your individual package for details. Extra setup hours are available at $100/hr, and decorations above arm’s reach must be installed and taken down by Company staff at $50/hr or a pre-authorized vendor. Renter and guests are not permitted to use ladders on the Premises.

What's included in my rental?

Check your wedding package, varies based on each event. Most packages include your ceremony + reception, tables, china, flatware, and basic linens. Catering and bar services are provided through one of our pre-approved catering partners.

How much does a wedding cost?

The average 100-person wedding costs approximately $12,000 - $25,000.

Can my pet be part of the ceremony?

Animals are allowed to participate in wedding ceremonies with pre-approval from the venue Director of Sales. Only service animals are allowed inside the venue.

What options do I have for a bar?

Select a bar package + add bartenders

Beer & Wine package is $35/per person

Full Bar package is $55/per person 

Liquor shots and kegs are not permitted.

Pricing may change.

Do I need to clean up after the event?

You will need to arrange for pickup during your breakdown time of any rental items, decor, etc. Anything left onsite will be discarded.

How can I book a tour?

We love giving tours and can't wait to have you come visit the space! Please fill out our Book a Tour form on the contact us page, or email sales@letsgrove.com .

What about rehearsals?

We highly encourage you to do a rehearsal! You get a 1-hour rehearsal the week before your wedding, depending on our scheduled events and availability.

Can I drop off my decor early?

No. We don’t provide extra storage space for upcoming events. This is to ensure the safety of your décor as well as respecting any guests prior to your event. Please plan accordingly.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes, we have a list of preferred vendors for catering and bar service. Our list contains day of coordinators, photographers, DJs, florists, décor rentals, and wedding cakes. Once you book with us, we will send you the list.

Do we need event insurance? 

Yes, and all vendors working in the theatre must provide us with a certificate of insurance to provide services at The Grove no less than 14 days from the event. You can purchase through your current insurance provider or through E-Wed.

Is there a deposit?

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. We also ask for a cleaning fee of $500 to cover any damage or stains. The damages deposit is due along with your final payment and 50% is refundable if the space is left in good condition.

Are the Pickleball courts open during events?

Only one event is scheduled per day on weekends. It is possible that a wedding rehearsal may take place during the setup or breakdown of your event. Pickleball courts and disc golf will be closed for an hour if you have an outdoor ceremony

How does parking work?

We have two parking lots for guests. For parties over 50 guests we require a valet service through our preferred vendor.
