The Grove Membership Policies & Club Guidelines
Welcome to The Grove’s Membership Policies page. Here you will find a complete review of our guidelines for all membership types – Corporate, Couples, Family, and Individual. Our policies are designed to ensure a respectful, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all members and their guests while maintaining the high standards of our club.
1. Membership Categories & Privileges
Membership at The Grove is available in the following categories:

Individual: Access for one person.

Couple: Access for two adults residing in the same household.

Family: Access for up to two adults and dependent children under the age of 26 living in the same household.

Corporate: Access for two designated individuals from the same company. Additional members may be added for an extra fee per person.
Privileges include exclusive access to:

Restaurants and bars

Event spaces
-
Golf simulators
-
Frisbee golf
-
Fitness center
-
Member-only activities
Add-ons: Some amenities, like frisbee golf, may offer unlimited play as an add-on. Otherwise, standard access may require pay-to-play fees.
Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date household and contact information.
2. General Code of Conduct

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward others and staff.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to club policies.
3. Guest Policies

A guest is any non-member using the Club, including friends, relatives, or extended family.

Guests must always be accompanied by the hosting member.

Credit cards from guests are accepted.

The Club reserves the right to limit the number of guests per visit and the number of visits per guest annually.

Daily guest fees and rules are established by management and may change.
-
Guests may only access the Club according to the privileges of their sponsor member.

If a member cannot accompany a guest, arrangements must be made in advance through the Membership Office.
4. Facility Use & Access

Facility hours are determined by Club management and may vary.

Certain areas may close periodically for maintenance.

Facility access is exclusive to members and their guests, based on membership tier.
-
Reservations for amenities must be made through the member portal or with Club staff.
5. Reservations & Event Booking
-
Advance reservations are recommended for dining, simulators, and events.
-
Cancellation Policy for Private Events:
-
0–10 days prior: 100% of booking cost
-
11–30 days: 75% of booking cost
-
31–60 days: 50% of booking cost
-

No-shows or failure to cancel may result in penalties or restricted booking privileges.
6. Commercial & Solicitation Policies
-
No commercial advertising or solicitation is permitted without prior Club approval.

Fundraising events for political causes are not allowed unless approved by Club management.
-
Religious services may only be held with Club approval.
7. Use of Club Resources
-
Members may not request special personal services from employees on duty.
-
The HOA-managed community pool is not affiliated with The Grove.
-
Pets are not allowed inside Club buildings, except service animals. Leashed pets may be allowed outdoors at management’s discretion. Owners must clean up after pets.

The Club is not responsible for lost or unattended personal property.
-
Items left for over 6 months may be disposed of or sold by the Club.
-
Removal of Club furniture or property without written approval is prohibited.
-
Members are financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their family members, or guests.
8. Financial Policies

Dues are billed annually or semi-annually based on member preference.
-
Membership upgrades are allowed at any time; downgrades only at the next billing cycle.

Members are responsible for timely payments.

Late Fees:
-
15 days past due: $25
-
30 days past due: $50 + suspension of privileges
-
60+ days past due: Termination and collections process
-
Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the statement date.
9. Staff Interaction
-
Members and guests must not reprimand Club employees.
-
All employees report to Club management.
-
Concerns about service should be directed to management promptly.
10. Safety & Liability
-
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. Outdoor designated areas are available.

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
-
Unlicensed vehicles are not allowed on Club property.

All use of Club facilities is at your own risk.

Members and guests must follow posted safety protocols, including during severe weather.

The Club is not liable for injuries or lost/damaged personal items.

Liability Waiver: By using Club services, all members and guests agree to hold The Grove, its staff, and management harmless from any claims related to use of facilities, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
11. Amendments & Governance

These rules may be updated by The Grove management at any time.

Members will be notified via email and through the member portal.

Member feedback and suggestions are welcome and may be submitted to Club management.
